Magnetic levitation ball liquid level transmitter is composed of magnetic levitation ball, floating ball catheter, signal processor and so on. Magnetic steel is installed in the magnetic levitation ball, and reed switch and resistor are installed in the floating ball guide. When the liquid level in the container changes, the magnetic levitation ball moves up and down along the floating ball guide. The reed switch in the floating ball catheter attracts and causes the resistance value in the circuit to change. The change in resistance value is processed by the signal processor and converted into a 4 ~ 20mA DC signal proportional to the level change.
