Introduction:
The magnetic float type liquid level gauge is equipped with a two-color liquid level indicator on the outside of the riser, the float is installed in the measurement riser, the float is used as a liquid level measuring element, and the float is equipped with magnetic steel. The riser communicates with the tank container through the flange. When the liquid level in the tank container increases or decreases, the float of the measuring element in the riser moves up and down with the liquid level and is driven by the magnetic coupling of the magnetic steel in the float. The two-color display device in the liquid level indicator flips synchronously. When the indicator shows red as the liquid level height in the tank container, white or green indicates that there is no liquid in the tank container.

The pressure-resistant part of the magnetic float level gauge uses metal materials, so the temperature range is wide, from -196 ~ 350 ℃; high pressure can reach 35MPa. Generally, the main body riser of the magnetic float uses 57mm * 3mm stainless steel with an inner diameter of 51mm and can withstand a maximum pressure of 4.0MPa. However, some instrument manufacturers now use 57 * 2mm stainless steel pipes instead to obtain greater production profits, which is likely to cause steel Fatigue and wear.
