Working principle:
The working principle of the connecting rod float level switch is straightforward and simple. Usually, a small or multi-point reed switch is set in the sealed non-magnetic metal or engineering plastic tube, and the floating ball with the built-in magnetic system is fixed on the relevant position of the reed switch in the main body tube so that the floating ball is within a certain range. Floating up and down, using the magnetic system inside the float ball to trigger the closing or opening of the reed switch through the body tube to generate the switching action to achieve the purpose of controlling the liquid level.
Normal type Technology:
The basic characteristics of the lever float trap are the same as those of the free float type. The internal structure is that the float connecting rod drives the valve core, and the valve is opened and closed with the liquid level of the condensate. The lever float trap uses a double seat to increase the condensate displacement, which can achieve a small volume and a maximum displacement of 100 tons per hour. It is the most ideal steam trap for large heating equipment.
