Introduction:

 

        The float level gauge is a magnetic float ball as a measuring component. Through the magnetic coupling action, the resistance inside the sensor changes linearly. The change of the resistance is converted into a 4~20mA standard current signal by the smart converter, and the percentage of the liquid level can be displayed on the spot. 4~20mA current and liquid level value, remote transmission supply control room can realize automatic detection, control and recording of liquid level.

Technical advantages of the float type liquid level switch: The float switch does not contain components that cause malfunction and bellows, springs, seals, etc. Instead, a straight float is used to drive the internal magnet of the switch, and the simple lever of the float switch causes the switch to act instantaneously. The float cantilever angle is designed to prevent the float from being vertical.
 
In a closed metal or plastic tube, design one or more reed switches, and then pass the tube through one or more floating rings with a ring magnet inside, and use the fixing ring to control the float and the magnetic spring. The switch is in the relevant position to float the float up and down within a certain range. Use the magnet inside the float to attract the contact of the reed switch, and generate the opening and closing action for the control or indication of the liquid level. The figure below shows the relevant position of the float switch when normally closed (NC) and normally open (NO).
