The reason why argon arc welding can obtain such a wide range of applications is mainly because of the following advantages.
1. The electrode loss is small, the arc length is easy to maintain, and there is no flux or coating layer during welding, so it is easy to realize mechanization and automation;

Competitive Advantage:
In the oxidation ditch sewage treatment plant, the detector for dissolved oxygen measurement is easily contaminated, so it requires frequent cleaning, which makes it expensive. The use of a float-type bracket solution can greatly reduce sensor maintenance. After installing the float-type bracket in the detector, the DO402 dissolved oxygen analyzer system was field tested and found that there was no serious dirt accumulation in the sensor, which reduced maintenance work and enabled long-term, continuous measurement.
Maintenance should consist of inspection to see that the float is free to move and coated with any substance , which would change its weight or volume significantly. IF this occurs, this float should be cleaned .This is easily accomplished without disturbing the installation . In addition , the stem may be wiped down to remove any buildup.The only repair possible in the field is replacement of either the float or stem . Dents or nicks on the float are usually of no consequence to operation.
