One of the float process - laser welding
Laser deep-fusion welding generally uses a continuous laser beam to complete the material connection. The metallurgical physical process is very similar to electron beam welding, that is, the energy conversion mechanism is completed by a "key-hole" structure.
Under high enough power density laser illumination, the material evaporates and forms small holes. This vapor-filled hole is like a black body, which absorbs almost all of the incident beam energy.
The equilibrium temperature in the cavity reaches about 2500 °C, and heat is transferred from the outer wall of the high-temperature cavity to melt the metal surrounding the cavity.

Mechanical trap
The mechanical type, also known as the float type, utilizes the difference in density between the condensed water and the steam. By changing the liquid level of the condensate, the float lifts the valve flap to open or close, thereby achieving the purpose of blocking steam.
The mechanical type steam trap has a small degree of subcooling and is not affected by the working pressure and temperature change. Water is discharged, and no water is stored in the heating device, so that the heating device can achieve the best heat exchange efficiency.
With a maximum back pressure of 80% and high working quality, it is the most ideal steam trap for production process heating equipment.
